Kelly Gray is the CEO and a founding board member of the McLaughlin Family Foundation, a funding organization committed to creating change in central Oklahoma to help children and families reach their full potential. Kelly is also a partner at Square Deal Capital. He grew up in Minnesota and earned a marketing degree at UCO.
He attended the Standards of Excellence at the Oklahoma Center for Nonprofits and enjoys working with organizations in OKC that help the city, as well as connecting funders to those that need funding. He also completed the Master Juggler Executive Institute through Exponent Philanthropy. An active volunteer for organizations that help children, Kelly is a Susan G. Komen Pink Tie Guy, LOKC graduate, and serves on the boards for the Greater OKC YMCA, Oklahoma Center for Nonprofits, Fight for Kids, First Serve OKC, and Progress OKC.
He is a former board member for Sunbeam, St. Anthony’s Foundation, KIPP OKC College Prep and OKC Police Athletic League. He also volunteers with The Central Oklahoma Funders’ Roundtable, The Black Justice Fund, and the PAL Fight Night committee.
Kelly and his wife, Amy, have three daughters. When he is not blending his career with his community service, you can probably find Kelly engaged in one of his hobbies—he is an avid traveler, lover of sports, craft beer enthusiast and skier.
Kirsten and David Griffin have been very active in the development and growth of Oklahoma for over 30 years. Through News 9, they are partnering with Sunbeam Family Services to raise donations and awareness to support the nonprofit’s mental health services and early education centers.
In addition to supporting Sunbeam, David and Kirsten are involved in many charitable causes. David is the Chief Executive Officer of Griffin Media and Griffin Investments. He sits on numerous boards, including Inasmuch Foundation, Kirkpatrick Foundation, Westminster School Board, and Bank of Oklahoma Financial.
The Griffin Family own Griffin Media, a diversified Oklahoma-owned multimedia company focusing on news, weather, entertainment, and sports content through multiple channels and platforms. Holdings include KWTV/News 9 in Oklahoma City and KOTV/News On 6 and KQCW/The Tulsa CW in Tulsa. Griffin's holdings also include News9.com, NewsOn6.com, Griffin Outdoor, and Griffin Radio Tulsa. Griffin Media, L.L.C. is among a few privately held media companies in the country. Additionally, the family owns Griffin Investments, a diversified investment company.
Kirsten Griffin is an award-winning fine art photographer who is passionate about documenting the natural world.
Kirsten and David have 3 children. Jack is in his senior year at Duke University where he is a member of the football team; Grace is a real estate agent in Oklahoma City and David is a freshman at Heritage Hall.
