We are celebrating 15 years of Educare Oklahoma City! Educare Oklahoma City was founded in 2009 and was made possible through our partnership with the Inasmuch Foundation. This program has revolutionized early childhood education in Oklahoma by being an anchor for best practices in our community. Sunbeam's Chief Program Officer Paula Gates shared: "Sunbeam has been excellent at pushing out all the best practices that we develop here at Educare. In our other centers, we are doing the same things we're doing at Educare and improving that practice across the community." Through innovation and partnerships, we're extending our impact beyond the classroom, ensuring every child has the opportunity to thrive. Thank you to the Inasmuch Foundation for their instrumental support of early childhood education in our community! |

Last week, we hosted our 4th annual Hope Society Luncheon! We are deeply grateful for our community of generous friends who invest in building brighter futures with all children and families. At the event, we also celebrated 20 years of Early Head Start with Oklahoma City Public Schools and the Latino Community Development Agency. Sunbeam Family Services is excited to participate in the 2024 Fiestas de las Américas parade in the Historic Capitol Hill District of Oklahoma City. Mark your calendars for Saturday, September 28th, and be sure to look out for our team as we celebrate this vibrant community event. The parade route starts at 11am and will begin at Scissortail Park. We can’t wait to see you there! |
