News 9's Kiss The Pig

Sunbeam is proud to announce that through New's 9's Kiss The Pig fundraiser at the Oklahoma State Fair, over $6,000 was raised to help build brighter futures with all children and families!

 

Happy Celebrate Babies Week

Sunbeam staff met with the Board of County Commissioners of Oklahoma County and proclaimed October 17th - 21st, 2022, as “Celebrate Babies Week” in Oklahoma County. We encourage all members of our community to support efforts to ensure all children have healthy early relationships, can effectively regulate emotions, and are active participants in their own learning.

Volunteer with Sunbeam

If you are looking to engage with Sunbeam Family Services' programs while helping build brighter futures with families within our community, we invite you to volunteer with us!

☀️ Grandparents Raising Grandchildren Holiday Present Shopping and Wrapping: This holiday season, Sunbeam is looking for volunteers to help shop for and wrap presents that benefit the families in our Grandparents Raising Grandchildren program. More information HERE!

☀️ Classroom Buddies: Become a Classroom Buddy and make a difference for babies, toddlers, and  teachers! Classroom Buddies assist teaching staff during the lunch transition hour from 11 a.m. – 12:00 p.m. at Pierce Early Education Center.

☀️ Wacky Wednesday: Wacky Wednesday volunteers assist Family Engagement staff by greeting families as they join the come-and-go activity, helping families get started, and providing support wherever needed to help the activity run smoothly. Activities include science, technology, engineering, arts, mathematics, crafts, and activities.
