*Please note that donations made in exchange for raffle tickets/entries are not tax-deductible. According to Oklahoma ABLE Commission and IRS guidelines, participating in a raffle is considered a form of gambling, and as such, the purchase of tickets/entries does not qualify as a charitable donation. Donations are suggested for drawing entry. Drawing applies to Oklahoma residents only. You can receive a physical raffle ticket by visiting the News 9 booth inside Gate 1 at the Oklahoma State Fair.
